What you will do

• Support the development and rollout of people policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee relations casework and performance management processes.
• Provide accurate HR data for SLT and Board reporting.
• Support the apprentice scheme lifecycle.
• Coach line managers on people-related matters.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration or advisory capacity.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in handling sensitive matters with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to current employees across the Aviva Group
