Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 50% onsite

What you will do

• Support Event Managers in delivering high-quality in-person, digital, and hybrid events.
• Create and maintain pre-event webpages, digital event spaces, and sponsor hubs.
• Coordinate the ordering, production, and delivery of event branding and supporting materials.
• Provide on-site and remote audiovisual support and produce video content for digital events.
• Create and accurately maintain guest and attendee databases.
• Liaise professionally with senior speakers, sponsors, clients, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with VIPs.
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technical skills quickly.
• Must be based in London to support the 50% hybrid working model.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for event delivery.

Nice to have

• Degree in Event Management or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting corporate conferences or webinars.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CMS, or event registration tools.
• Basic experience with AV equipment and video-editing software.
