What you will do

• Manage customer orders and email communications promptly and accurately to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide real-time inventory availability and booking information to the national sales team and external clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Fulfilment teams to ensure campaign accuracy and swift issue resolution.
• Input booking details into internal systems and provide comprehensive documentation for campaign fulfilment.
• Deliver post-campaign analytics to review and enhance overall campaign performance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by providing quality responses to client briefs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new internal systems quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum office attendance of three days per week in London.
