What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a D365 Finance & Operations implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across different regions, functions, and third-party partners.
• Drive delivery accountability across internal teams and system integration partners.
• Provide regular programme reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes from mobilisation through to go-live.
• Strong track record leading global, multi-country ERP deployments.
• Hands-on expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, and budgeting.
• Experience managing and challenging system integrators to maintain delivery standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced transformation programmes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail sector.
• Delivery experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations functions.
• Exposure to global rollout programmes and multi-region deployments.
