What you will do

• Manage sustainability queues, back offices, and outbound responsible gaming contacts across various communication channels.
• Handle GDPR requests and follow up on legal cases to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to resolve queries and adhere to strict SLA requirements.
• Proactively monitor and contact High Net Worth (HNW) customers to promote safer gambling tools and ensure sustainable activity.
• Onboard new customers and educate them on market-specific documentation requirements.
• Maintain detailed reporting for external audits and ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• High level of understanding and professional experience with Safer Gambling and GDPR.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability in outbound communication and strong stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset capable of supporting long-term business strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
