What you will do

• Lead an assigned scrum team, providing hands-on technical guidance and conducting design reviews.
• Direct the technical execution of Agentforce AI roll-out, including designing agents for compliance review automation.
• Develop advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio configurations (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors).
• Collaborate with the Principal Enterprise Architect on solution design, platform governance, and technical standards.
• Enforce code quality standards, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and ensure Section 508/WCAG compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II and at least one advanced certification (e.g., Application, System, or Integration Architect).
• Expert knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio.
• Must be eligible for Public Trust (Tier 2 / MBI) security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein GPT, Copilot, or Data Cloud.
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and federal grants lifecycle.
• MuleSoft integration experience or certification.
• SAFe certification (SA, SSM, or SPC).
