Location: Hybrid (London, England) — Must be in the office at least three days per week

What you will do
- Own strategically significant work streams end-to-end and be accountable for business outcomes.
- Manage product teams building AI-powered customer experiences, ensuring a seamless agent experience across silos.
- Develop senior and staff engineers into leaders through direct, actionable feedback.
- Partner with the Engineering Director on group-level strategy, investment priorities, and roadmap.
- Drive execution under aggressive timelines while maintaining high technical standards.
- Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development using tools like Claude Code and MCP servers.
Requirements
- Exceptional people leadership skills combined with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
- Strong product engineering instincts and experience in product-heavy, fast-iteration environments.
- AI fluency and active experimentation with AI-assisted software development.
- Technical credibility to review architecture and guide engineering decisions.
- Ability to operate with extreme autonomy and navigate ambiguity in early product formation.
- Location: Must be based in London, England (Hybrid: 3+ days per week in office)
