TL;DR
Digital Operations Support Analyst: Managing digital, eCommerce, and rental application support for a portfolio of dealers with an accent on business requirements analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communication. Focus on translating business needs into functional requirements, analyzing support data to drive KPIs, and coordinating Agile delivery initiatives.
Location: Must work onsite five days a week in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
- Manage support for a portfolio of 10 to 15 dealers, coordinating complaints and communication.
- Analyze support data and identify trends to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide guidelines to Tier 1 support teams for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with dealers and participate in quarterly PI planning.
- Support the deployment of digital capabilities and eBusiness solutions across the dealer network.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week in São Paulo, Brazil.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools like JIRA and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, dealers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Nice to have
- PMP or Agile certifications.
- Experience in contact center operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
