Focus on optimizing commercial workflows in Salesforce and Jira, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring seamless partner journeys.

Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid/Remote options available).

What you will do

• Collaborate with commercial executives to manage relationships with strategic partners in Brazil.
• Support commercial and contractual workflows within core systems like Salesforce and Jira.
• Map and implement process improvements to reduce manual workload.
• Contribute to the development and tracking of team performance indicators.
• Ensure rapid problem-solving for internal routines and partner demands.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields).
• English: Intermediate or advanced level required.
• Analytical mindset with prior familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
• Passion for wellbeing and interest in the corporate wellness space.
