Focus on leading the architect community, governing strategic partner relationships, and ensuring technical coherence across global application territories.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days/week at client office).

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year technology vision and target architecture across the client stack (Salesforce, SAP, Data, Integration).
• Lead and govern the cross-division community of solution architects and tech leads.
• Manage strategic relationships with technology partners, hyperscalers, and software editors.
• Champion the industrialization of AI, GenAI, and agentic engineering within the BU architecture.
• Represent hirify.global technology in high-level governance forums and act as a senior counterpart to client CIOs.
• Drive the innovation agenda and ensure technical choices are secure, scalable, and future-proof.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, Chief Architect).
• Deep architecture expertise across front-end, commerce, data, integration, and ERP domains.
• Proven track record in building and leading large-scale technical communities.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong command of AI/GenAI architecture at enterprise scale.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or omnichannel environments.
