What you will do
- Plan and facilitate humanitarian safety coordination meetings and roundtables for member organizations.
- Develop and disseminate safety information products, including operational reports and incident databases.
- Analyze operational trends to support humanitarian preparedness and evidence-based decision-making.
- Coordinate capacity development and safety training for humanitarian personnel.
- Liaise with government authorities and coordination stakeholders to support humanitarian access.
- Provide advisory support on administrative processes affecting humanitarian operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working for an NGO (local, international, or UN Agency).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordination within a humanitarian/recovery context.
- University degree in conflict and development, international relations, international humanitarian law, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Fluency in Hausa is an advantage.
- National position targeting Nigeria Nationals only.
