What you will do

• Implement the Global HAS Management System and execute area-focused operational plans.
• Analyze and forecast security developments to brief management on threats and access challenges.
• Develop contingency plans, access strategies, and context-relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and collaborate with management to implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with external actors and stakeholders to increase humanitarian access and protect humanitarian space.
• Manage and train staff on safety protocols, including HEIST and Field First Aid.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a humanitarian or recovery context.
• Solid understanding of Humanitarian Principles, NGO safety, risk management, and civil-military coordination.
• Experience working in complex contexts and conducting access negotiations.
• Legal right to work in Ukraine.
• Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

• Prior experience as a trainer.
