What you will do

• Lead the Capacity Building and Outreach Division to ensure members can effectively implement international tax transparency standards.
• Design and oversee the capacity building programme and develop strategies for its sustainability and impact.
• Represent the Global Forum Secretariat in internal and external meetings and maintain networks with national authorities and international organisations.
• Provide targeted policy advice to the Secretary-General, hirify.global Sherpa, and contributions to G20 and G7.
• Manage Division staff, budgets, and human resources while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for the programme.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in economics, law, or a professional qualification in tax.
• At least 10 years of senior-level experience in national government, private sector, or international organisations working on tax and development.
• Proven record of managing relations at a senior level within political decision-making environments.
• Fluency in English or French (willingness to learn the other is an asset).
• Extensive experience in innovative research products and rigorous analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France.
