What you will do
- Lead and structure annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across all business lines.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team, establishing delivery standards and professional development paths.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team to challenge performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Own the corporate reporting architecture, including monthly performance packages and investor relations KPIs.
- Modernize finance operations by improving financial systems, automated data flows, and analytical tools.
- Monitor unit economics and safeguarding risks by analyzing transactional flow margins.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A within a fast-scaling tech startup, B2B SaaS, or FinTech/Banking ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a people manager with the ability to delegate and coach a team.
- Strong strategic synthesis skills to extract actionable business recommendations for executives.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and experience with modern finance stacks (ERP, EPM, or BI).
