What you will do

• Design and roll out rapid skills needs assessments (RSNAs) at global, regional, and country levels.
• Support PROSPECTS countries in developing or refining national skills strategies.
• Align skills strategies with education system reforms and financing opportunities.
• Strengthen programme delivery across lower and upper secondary education.
• Develop competency-based curricula and youth skills programmes.
• Coordinate community-based training for out-of-school and vulnerable populations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in TVET, education, development studies, monitoring & evaluation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in education systems strengthening.
• Extensive knowledge in TVET, skills development, and secondary education.
• Experience working with governments, development partners, and private sector actors on skills ecosystems.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Arabic.
