Digital Data Analyst (GCP/Salesforce)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics and GCP/Salesforce technologies for digital channels.
• Design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Databricks.
• Build and deliver data models that enable integrated donor feature bases and propensity modeling.
• Develop data products including dashboards and machine learning models.
• Work within an Agile environment to deliver reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or IT.
• 5 years of professional experience in data and analytics.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and BigQuery.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other official UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian).
• Experience in building analytics dashboards for campaign optimization.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on fundraising trends.
