What you will do

• Build and scale a PPC automation layer for auto-pausing ads and alerting based on performance triggers across key markets.
• Automate audience synchronization from CRM to Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Manage conversion tracking, events, and goals across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and affiliate systems to ensure clean signals.
• Implement and monitor client-side and server-side tracking using GTM, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Events API, including Consent Mode v2.
• Set up tracking for new marketing channels and markets, including pixel mapping and end-to-end verification.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and test technical fixes for tracking issues using BigQuery and DevTools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with conversion tracking or ad platform automation.
• Strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager and JavaScript for debugging tags and network requests.
• Proven experience with Meta Conversions API or other server-side events APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules.
• Experience automating routine tasks using platform APIs, scripts, or tools like n8n and Make.
• English: B2+ required to communicate directly with partner engineers at Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Nice to have

• Experience with Server-side GTM.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API.
• Mobile measurement experience (Firebase, AppsFlyer).
• Proficiency in Python or experience with AI agents.
