What you will do

• Conduct needs analysis and design engaging online learning courses.
• Develop and manage content within Agora (hirify.global’s LMS).
• Ensure seamless integration of courses with the learning management system.
• Provide technical support to end-users and subject matter experts.
• Measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on digital learning best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult learning, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning production.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline and RISE) and video production software.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Totara or Moodle.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to work in international or multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Professional training or certifications in learning technologies.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or UN systems.
