What you will do

• Support client-facing teams in the technical implementation of complex data use cases and delivery of briefs.
• Build, deploy, and maintain data models on a Clickhouse-based intelligence database.
• Develop custom computations and BI dashboards using SQL and Metabase.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with new clients to document requirements and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape new features based on direct client interactions.
• Provide advanced technical support during and after client onboarding.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with SQL and hands-on experience building and maintaining data models.
• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (Metabase or similar tools).
• Proven experience in a data or technical delivery role, preferably within a SaaS platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for running discovery sessions and documenting requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin or London (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in the sports betting and igaming industry.
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure such as AWS.
