What you will do

• Develop, mentor, and manage SSU personnel to maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct routine 1:1 meetings for task management and career development.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, project plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage FTE allocation and resource planning per project budget.
• Oversee on-boarding training and conduct interviews for new hires.
• Contribute to the development of robust SSU standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical research with extensive Site Start-up expertise.
• Essential experience in line management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Turkey.
