What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple engineering workstreams, ensuring visibility into priorities and timelines.
• Own and optimize Jira processes, including workflows, ticket structures, boards, and automation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate risks or dependencies to engineering leads.
• Partner with Software, AI/ML, Data, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain consistent delivery practices.
• Communicate technical progress to global stakeholders and support client-facing product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager within a software engineering organization.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Jira (workflows, dashboards, and reporting) is a must-have.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and experience facilitating delivery cadences.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical workstreams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Turkish is required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Istanbul (Kozyatağı).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting AI/ML, infrastructure, DevOps, or security teams.
• Background in coordinating external software development vendors or technology partners.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP).
