What you will do

• Design and maintain reusable blocks, templates, and content models within Optimizely CMS.
• Engineer and deploy complex A/B, split, and multivariate tests using Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Build and maintain API integrations between Optimizely and enterprise systems like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to write, debug, and optimize frontend code for rapid deployment.
• Collaborate with CRO and Product teams to evaluate technical feasibility and prototype new features.
• Ensure platform architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience with 3+ years in the Optimizely ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core/MVC for backend architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (Vanilla, ES6+, jQuery, React/Vue).
• Demonstrated experience using AI development tools to accelerate workflows.
• Strong understanding of Optimizely platform nuances, including audience targeting and anti-flicker logic.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Active Optimizely Developer certifications (CMS or Web Experimentation).
• Experience with server-side testing and feature flagging.
