What you will do

• Lead a small full stack pod through the complete development lifecycle, from specification to production release.
• Develop responsive and accessible Angular 15+ interfaces using TypeScript and RxJS.
• Design and implement .NET 8 REST APIs with claims-based authorization, EF Core, and optimized T-SQL.
• Create configuration-driven behaviors to allow clinical operations to modify pathways and cohorts without code deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce strict coding, testing, and security standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to resolve requirements ambiguity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including proven experience leading a development team.
• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular 15+ with TypeScript and RxJS, including state management and component library design.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including index-aware query design and execution plan analysis.
• Must be based in the USA.
• English: Native or bilingual proficiency (C2) required for daily client-facing communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated domains.
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines.
