What you will do

• Own services revenue and bookings for the UK client portfolio, including renewals and expansions.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients to ensure long-term engagement health and satisfaction.
• Oversee project health, managing delivery risks and resource challenges across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with account executives and solution architects to support pre-sales activities and proposal development.
• Drive delivery standards in alignment with the EMEA Practice Blueprint.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing commercial role within professional services or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated track record in people leadership, including coaching and team development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating at a senior client level.
• Conceptual understanding of low-code/no-code platforms or enterprise software.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting or IT professional services.
• Experience working in a matrix organization or cross-regional delivery model.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or RapidMiner platforms.
