Location: Must be based in the greater Miami, Florida area and willing to work a hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days per week in-office).

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate basic legal agreements including talent, production, and vendor contracts under attorney supervision.
• Manage clearances for photographs and videos for unscripted and special programming.
• Maintain and update contract trackers, agreement templates, and electronic databases.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses of agreements for legal and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate team meetings and handle administrative assignments for department attorneys.
• Review production deliverables and secure necessary contract signatures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in the entertainment industry.
• College degree with a Paralegal certificate or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work late evenings, occasional holidays, or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
