What you will do

• Coordinate information from various parties using specialized knowledge of laws, regulations, and agency policies.
• Prepare for hearings by organizing pleadings, exhibits, witnesses, and related matters.
• Attend hearings and court appearances to track case status and administrative procedures.
• Research and summarize legal precedents and process debt collection claims.
• Track case progress to ensure documentation is submitted within established deadlines.

Requirements

• Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent level of legal experience.
• Valid United States driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a security clearance background check.
• Multiple years of Paralegal experience in administrative tasks and drafting.

Nice to have

• Accounting background.
• Experience using online legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
