TL;DR
Manager, Delivery Business Analysis (Business Analytics): Leading a team of Delivery Business Analysts to define and manage functional requirements across system delivery initiatives with an accent on requirements governance, team leadership, and delivery oversight. Focus on reducing requirement-related rework, improving cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and QA, and scaling BA capabilities.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
Salary: 220,000 – 260,000 PLN

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Business Analysts, managing resource allocation and career growth.
- Oversee requirements activities, ensuring FRDs, business rules, and traceability artifacts are complete and accurate.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and PMO teams to clarify scope and mitigate requirement-related risks.
- Establish and enforce BA standards, templates, and review processes to increase delivery quality.
- Review complex business analyses and change requests to ensure readiness for implementation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, or Systems Delivery.
- Proven track record of leading complex requirements initiatives and mentoring BAs.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, FRD creation, and gap analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and system implementation methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the lottery industry or regulated technology environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale platforms and transaction-based systems.
- Experience with customer-facing delivery organizations.
