What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX and UI for sportsbook journeys within your domain.
• Manage projects day-to-day while working within established design systems.
• Utilize AI tools to explore concepts, improve efficiency, and ship high-quality designs.
• Partner with User Research to ensure player needs inform all design decisions.
• Explain and defend design choices to stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to the evolution of design system components, patterns, and tokens.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Design (UX/UI) role, ideally on consumer digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clear design thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience working with structured design systems.
• Confident use of AI tools in the design process.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and defend design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in sports betting or real-money gaming.
