What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and skill fit.
• Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to define hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive talent.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Contribute to People team projects including People Analytics, D&I, and employer branding.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 level required).
• Proven track record in international talent acquisition within a tech or scale-up environment.
• Experience managing diverse go-to-market roles across global markets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in German or French.
