What you will do

• Support the client support team in managing daily operational cases and client requests.
• Monitor incidents and collect data for analysis under senior guidance.
• Prepare internal documentation, operational procedures, and client communications.
• Contribute to testing activities for new functionalities and operational improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience in clearing operations and financial market infrastructure.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field, or currently in the final year of studies.
• Strong interest in financial markets and post-trade services.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be based in Rome for the duration of the internship.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
