What you will do

• Assist in preparhirify.global pitches, industry analysis, and strategic recommendations for corporate clients.
• Support transaction stages includhirify.global data room preparation, due diligence, and legal documentation.
• Conduct market and prichirify.global updates to keep clients informed on macroeconomic and bond market changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to execute bond refinanchirify.globals and loan syndications.
• Analyze financials, business models, and market dynamics for private equity investment opportunities.
• Contribute to data quality and liquidity analysis for global loan investor markets.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled university student for the duration of the internship.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Dutch proficiency is mandatory for the Corporate Finance/M&A and Corporate Investments teams.
• Strong analytical skills and high numeracy.
• Proficiency in Excel (Python is a plus).
• Availability for a 3 to 6-month internship period.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience in finance.
• Final year of study with an excellent academic track record.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
