What you will do

• Perform mechanical and electrical due diligence on prospective sites and colocation capacity.
• Prepare capacity calculations, equipment comparisons, and technical summaries for risk registers.
• Evaluate cooling and power distribution options against site conditions and load requirements.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers and vendors to gather data for technical evaluations.
• Support the handoff of validated technical scope to the Delivery organization.
• Track mechanical and electrical equipment availability and vendor constraints.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, MEP design, or mission-critical systems.
• Working knowledge of cooling systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling) and power distribution systems (switchgear, UPS, generators).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in capacity calculations and technical documentation.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Exposure to hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with BMS or EPMS controls platforms.
• Experience with commissioning processes (Cx, IST).
• EIT certification or progress toward PE licensure.
