Visual/Motion Designer (3D)

What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design for marketing campaigns, performance ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences.
• Develop visual treatments for title sequences, motion systems, cinematic product animations, and major brand moments.
• Create product visualizations that explain complex products and campaign concepts that communicate abstract ideas through visual storytelling.
• Design custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters for product storytelling and brand development.
• Own projects from brief to delivery and contribute creative ideas, concepts, and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, growth, content, and engineering teams while using audience insights and creative testing to refine visual content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating strong craft.
• Strong motion and 3D skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, materials, typography, and storytelling.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with ownership of work and the ability to contribute original creative ideas.
• Ability to translate complex products and abstract concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Interest in technology, hardware, and building product experiences through motion and 3D.

Nice to have

• Experience with product visualization or digital products.
• Familiarity with creating optimized assets for real-time applications.
