What you will do

• Verify figures, postings, and financial documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Secure and maintain all files, records, and cash equivalents.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, and payroll reports.
• Execute period-end closing procedures and reconcile account statements and invoices.
• Resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment is received.
• Mentor team members and coordinate tasks across various hotel departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Professional communication skills and adherence to luxury grooming standards.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
