What you will do
- Provide front-end and account management service support for HNW clients.
- Manage MIS and reporting to support Relationship Managers in day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal audit and risk management to address gaps and resolve reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver high-quality customer service according to ADCB service standards.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- At least 4 years of professional banking experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
