What you will do

• Develop acquisition strategies to identify and attract New to Bank (NTB) high-net-worth prospects.
• Drive internal and external referral ecosystems to generate high-quality leads for Private Banking.
• Manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring initial funding and Assets Under Management (AUM) transfers.
• Provide day-to-day banking services and maintain high customer satisfaction to ensure client retention.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide feedback and refine wealth management product solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory policies to mitigate credit, legal, and reputational risks.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in relationship management for HNW clients within a commercial or universal bank.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven skills in client acquisition and ability to network across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
