What you will do

• Manage accounting operations, including the production and analysis of periodic financial reports and forecasts.
• Supervise a team of accounting and finance professionals.
• Maintain a comprehensive system of accounting records, controls, and budgets.
• Ensure accuracy of the unit’s financial results and compliance with GAAP and group standards.
• Perform monthly GL account reconciliations and analyze 'plan to actual' variances and product profitability.
• Oversee location accounting activities, including factory accounts payable and payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Springfield, OH.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Background in cost accounting.
• CPA or graduate degree.
• Bilingual skills in English and Portuguese.
