What you will do

• Lead IT service delivery and support using ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Ensure service reliability and uptime, acting as the primary escalation point for major incidents and leading post-incident reviews.
• Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure or OCI, corporate networks, and servers.
• Apply SRE principles, including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and performance monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor a small IT/Ops team, setting priorities and fostering technical growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align IT capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or SRE roles within enterprise-scale or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, OCI) and identity management (AD/Azure AD).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, and systems architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
• English: Full professional proficiency required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior team leadership or mentorship experience.
