What you will do

• Create standout presentations, pitch decks, and creative templates to differentiate the brand in a competitive landscape.
• Oversee creative direction for commercial pitches, media packs, social, and digital content.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics and video assets for digital and social platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a junior designer to maintain high creative standards.
• Translate research, insights, and data into visually engaging and compelling creative narratives.
• Manage and evolve the creative asset library, including templates, imagery, and design resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a commercial creative environment.
• Expertise in creating assets across print, digital, social, motion, and presentation design.
• Exceptional graphic design, layout, and typography skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma, After Effects, and video/motion workflows.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the London office.
