What you will do

• Craft data-backed design assets and landing pages to improve digital marketing KPIs across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all static and motion assets while adapting to different audience segments.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and heatmapping.
• Must permanently reside and have work authorization in Mexico.
