What you will do

  • Support the Transplant Medical Affairs team and collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Develop, review, and update scientific materials, including slide decks and CLM content.
  • Conduct literature research, support medical consultancies and advisory boards, and review promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance.
  • Prepare and update scientific documentation for internal medical training and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze medical KPI adoption and improve structured reporting with the Medical Effectiveness Manager.
  • Coordinate Medical Affairs projects, timelines, deliverables, medical education initiatives, meetings, events, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • English at B2 level or higher.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
