What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems, including LLM applications, NLP models, and multi-agent systems.
• Lead architectural decisions across model selection, training strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and orchestration layers.
• Define and implement robust online/offline evaluation frameworks and automated pipelines for prompts and embeddings.
• Maintain reproducible ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate ambiguous requirements into testable engineering plans.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including shipping cloud services in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered production applications or ML/NLP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments.
• English: Strong communication skills required.

• Experience fine-tuning large language models.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience optimizing models for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Experience designing AI systems in enterprise or B2B environments.
