What you will do

• Design and execute activation strategies that drive measurable platform adoption and business outcomes.
• Translate specific customer use cases into custom AI workflows and solutions to drive business impact.
• Establish and lead advocate networks, champion communities, and power user groups within customer organizations.
• Facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions and customized educational workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine training materials based on customer feedback and adoption data.
• Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to articulate ROI.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience mapping customer workflows and business objectives to platform capabilities.
• Proven success implementing champion programs, office hours, and usage dashboards.
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom AI solutions and demos for business stakeholders.
• Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
