Clinical Data Associate II

What you will do

• Support the Lead Data Manager in ensuring project continuity and responsiveness.
• Develop and maintain clinical study documentation, including CRF specifications and Data Management Plans.
• Conduct database build UAT and maintain quality-controlled documentation.
• Review and query clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform medical coding and assist with SAE/AE reconciliation.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and project teams to support data-related deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Around 2 years of experience as a Clinical Data Associate in a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
