What you will do

• Design, build, and support key infrastructure components across the Ticketmaster estate, including incident handling and alerting systems.
• Develop frameworks, libraries, and tools to increase the velocity of other engineers.
• Improve legacy systems by implementing fault tolerance, self-healing, and scalability.
• Lead the migration of Jira and Confluence infrastructure to the cloud.
• Define architecture and delivery strategies while mentoring fellow engineers.
• Incorporate LLMs and new software development techniques into the engineering craft.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one programming language and exposure to strongly typed or functional programming.
• Proven ability to design at the systems level and work with complex legacy constraints.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience operating within a SAFe process (PI objectives, ARTs).
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills with the ability to own problems end-to-end.
