What you will do

• Manage local accreditation, technical governance, and regulatory compliance across Greater China.
• Act as a strategic business partner to regional leadership to enable compliant growth and sustainable service delivery.
• Own the local license-to-operate framework, including coordination with CNCA and other external regulatory bodies.
• Embed global governance frameworks and the Business Management System into local operations.
• Coordinate local SME and product ownership to support service delivery and commercial teams.
• Monitor performance against standards and act as the point of escalation for third-party complaints and certification disputes.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field.
• Strong expertise in quality management systems, technical governance, and risk-based decision-making.
• Proven experience working with accreditation bodies, regulatory authorities, or conformity assessment frameworks.
• Technical background in quality, governance, or compliance, ideally within professional B2B services.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China to support on-site work and local regulatory coordination.
