What you will do

• Collaborate directly with leadership on strategic decision-making and company direction.
• Take full ownership of business-wide initiatives covering growth and customer retention.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
• Manage direct customer interactions to refine product and service instincts.
• Develop and implement AI-powered processes and automations to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience; strong recent graduates are welcome.
• Background in a quantitative or technical discipline is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Must have the right to work locally in Hong Kong.
• Practical expertise in building AI workflows, automations, or agents.
• Strong communication skills and clear logical thinking.

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
