Lead Data Engineer

Location: Remote or office work, international team

What you will do

• Organize and analyze various data types including structured, semi-structured, unstructured, and image-based data
• Build and design data systems and end-to-end pipelines using AWS Cloud Native services, Python, SQL
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on multiple projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, DWH, and Airflow
• Expertise with AWS services including Glue, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift, Athena, SQS, SNS
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
• Understanding of pub-sub architecture and strong analytical skills

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Dynamo DB, Aurora, Elasticache, Kinesis, Neptune
• Familiarity with AWS Networking and Azure
• Experience with Snowflake
