What you will do

• Screen passengers, staff, baggage, and vehicles.
• Operate security screening equipment and follow security protocols.
• Provide clear, courteous communication to passengers and manage queues to ensure smooth passenger flow.
• Control access to restricted areas and report security concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety SOPs and assist during airport emergencies or unplanned events.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Legal right to live and work in Ireland.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work a 24/7 shift roster including nights, weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.
• Ability to meet and maintain Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) certification standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; professional, calm, and courteous approach.
• Basic computer literacy and minimum of a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).

Hiring process
