What you will do

• Manage motor insurance claims from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) through to closure.
• Assess liability, coverage, and policy terms for incoming claims.
• Gather and review essential documentation including accident reports, repair estimates, and medical reports.
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, third parties, and repair networks.
• Investigate claim circumstances and liaise with witnesses and experts.
• Negotiate settlements within established authority limits.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin as this is an onsite role.
• Previous experience in insurance or claims handling.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with claims management systems and MS Office.
